Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new lawsuits: two women accuse him of raping them at Trump Tower in New York City

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations of sexual assault as two separate lawsuits were filed against him in New York County’s Supreme Court on Tuesday, February 4. The lawsuits, filed by two women under the pseudonym Jane Doe, accuse the music mogul of multiple instances of sexual violence in the late 1990s.

Both women, who were active in the hip-hop industry during the 1980s and 1990s, claim that their paths frequently crossed with Combs and that he used his influence to perpetrate sexual abuse and coercion.

Allegations of assault and coercion

The first Jane Doe alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Combs in multiple states, including California. However, the lawsuit specifically focuses on incidents that allegedly took place in New York.

According to the complaint, the first alleged incident occurred when Combs hired her to provide bottle service at a party in his Hamptons home. She claims that after consuming a drink he offered her, she began to feel disoriented and slipped in and out of consciousness.

At that point, the lawsuit alleges that Combs‘ male associates sexually assaulted and raped her under his direction while he was present. The lawsuit further claims that Combs was nude while another man sodomized him.

The first Jane Doe also suspects that the assault was filmed, but alleges that Combs refused to delete the footage.

A second alleged incident detailed in the lawsuit states that Combs refused to let her leave a party at Limelight nightclub in New York City. Instead, she claims that Combs took her and a friend to the Trump Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, where they were allegedly held against their will, drugged, and forced into non-consensual sexual acts for hours before being allowed to leave the following morning.

The second Jane Doe filed a similar lawsuit, claiming that she suffered repeated sexual assaults, coercion, and physical abuse at the hands of Combs.

Her lawsuit describes an incident that also took place at Limelight nightclub. She alleges that while dating one of Combs‘ security guards at the time, she was physically and sexually assaulted while Combs watched.

Additionally, she claims that she and a friend were forced to ingest what they believe was ecstasy or a similar drug before being coerced into participating in non-consensual group sex activities.

Both women are seeking damages under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. They are requesting compensatory damages for the physical, emotional, and psychological trauma they claim to have suffered, in addition to punitive damages and attorneys’ fees.

Combs denies allegations

Combs‘ legal team has strongly denied the allegations, issuing a statement in response to both lawsuits.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” they said. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone-man or woman, adult or minor.”
