The video is simple: It shows the 37-year-old actress facing away from the camera in a gorgeous olive-colored swimsuit that puts her toned booty and sculpted legs on full display. Alexandra casually saunters into the turquoise water before diving in—it’s basically the stuff vacation dreams are made of. She kept the caption simple, writing, “🏊♂️,” but I’ve already watched it five times.
Worth noting: Alexandra rolled out a pic in that same suit from that same beach earlier this month and it was just as epic.
The White Lotus star is looking super strong and confident right now—so if you’re curious to know what she been up to in the health and wellness departments, Women’s Health has got you covered. First of all, Alex is big into yoga. Like really, really into it. Check out this video of Alexandra going through a yoga series, including a pigeon pose, like a total (flexible) boss:
She ~also~ shared a video of herself working her way through downward dog and child’s pose in a hot yoga class last year.
When she’s not flowing through yoga poses, Alexandra works with trainer Patrick Murphy, too, and she’s posted some videos of herself crushing gym workouts alongside him like it takes no effort at all. In one YouTube video, she does an AMRAP (“as many reps as possible”) workout with Murphy, cruising through moves like side arm raises, TRX pullups, weighted squats, and more.
Alex makes sure to pour everything she’s got into these workouts, BTW. She “puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” Murphy previously told Women’s Health.

And while Alexandra does plenty of indoor workouts, the actress told WH that being outside, like hikes and ocean swims, is also important to her. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said.
On the diet front, Alexandra told WHthat she loves to cook at home when she’s not traveling, and her pasta game is strong. “Pasta is such a great thing because you can add anything to it and make it taste like anything,” she said.
Breakfast for the star usually involves a cappuccino, followed by fruit and eggs whites with spinach and toast. For lunch, she likes to reach for a veggie and chicken stir fry and, when dinner rolls around, it’s often a fridge special.
