Megan The Stallion has been putting in work when it comes her her physical fitness lately, and she’s got lots to show for it. She made a jaw-dropping appearance at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in Los Angeles, and let’s just say, her body-ody-ody has never looked stronger.

The 28-year-old rapper wore a sheer brown dress with color beading around her waist and chest in new photos. The plunging neckline shows off her toned abs, and the back of the dress deserves some commotion, too. The low cut puts Meg’s strength on full display, especially in her toned butt and legs.

It’s clear that Megan is all-over sculpted. If this look has you wondering what she does to stay so strong, Women’s Health has the deets.

Fortunately, Meg shares many of her workouts online so her fans can follow along at home. Just be prepared to sweat, because she puts in some serious work.

First and foremost, the “Body” rapper likes to strength train. But as of late, she’s dubbed herself a “Pilates hottie”:

In this recent Instagram workout video, Megan climbed the stair master for her warm-up and stretched her calves before hopping on the Pilates reformer. For her first move, she kneels to do chest presses. Then, she does lunges on the reformer, pushing her rear leg back for an extra quad burn.

After, Megan moves on to a core sequence where she grips a ball between her thighs while pressing up on the reformer. Next, she does leg extensions with cables. While she says she’s a beginner in the voiceover, this workout definitely looks advanced.

Aside from Pilates, Megan is a fan of strength training. In another recent workout video on Instagram, she does compound exercises, or multi-joint movements that work multiple body parts simultaneously.

Here, she uses a battle rope while jumping on and off a platform with a resistance band around her legs. (That explains her killer legs and booty!) She also does ab workouts like leg tucks with TRX bands:

Meg is well-versed in cardio, too, which anyone who has seen her music videos knows all too well. Check out her moves in her most recent video for her new single, “Cobra.”

When it comes to keeping her body fueled, Megan doesn’t share as many of the the day-to-day details. However, she did post a YouTube video of herself cleaning out her fridge in 2021 with trainer Timothy Boutte when she started getting serious about fitness.

Together, they stocked the fridge with fresh foods like strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, avocados, almonds, and sea bass. And they didn’t skip out on flavorful seasonings like paprika and chili pepper, either.
