The legend of General Booty continues to grow.
On Wednesday, the Allen product revealed a brand new underwear collection that came to fruition through his name, image and likeness deal with a company named Rock ‘Em Socks. Booty’s first announcement came in the form of an Instagram post with the caption stating, “I’ll keep this brief.”
Booty and the sock company posted a video shortly after, which shows the quarterback riding a horse in a Cowboy hat, boots and crimson boxer briefs. The underwear features the phrase “BOOTY” on the back, while the front displays logos for the Oklahoma and Booty brands.
The sock company’s site currently lists the boxer briefs on sale for $27.99. Booty’s collection also includes socks and another pair of boxer briefs that display peaches.
According to on3.com’s NIL site, Booty has made the most of his opportunities to cash in on his name. After signing with Oklahoma’s Crimson and Cream NIL collective, Booty released a body cream by the name of “The General’s Crimson Cream.”
Prior to his rise through NIL popularity, Booty starred at Allen during the 2020 season. He threw for 2,235 yards and accounted for 35 total touchdowns before moving on to the next level at Tyler Junior College.
He announced his transfer to Oklahoma in May 2022, becoming the next player to carry on the Booty name in the Division I ranks. Booty comes from a long lineage of talented quarterbacks, including his uncle John David Booty, who served as the signal-caller at USC from 2006-08 and won back-to-back Rose Bowls.
